When a film is made i wonder if the director or creator of the story tries to understand how many times the film will be seen by one individual. Some films i've seen i watch once and never see again. However other films I repeatedly watch and every time a new scene is presented new aspects of the film are caught. I love taking stills of films for the simple reason that it shows how well everything is composed but also you never see a film usually paused unless needed to. But it's the idea of then seeing the image as a picture rather than a stopped film.
